Modern kindergarten type 2

A high-quality visualization model of a public building of a modern kindergarten/school with a small footprint for ease of location on the terrain. The model is assembled as detailed as possible and accurately in real size without the help of any plug-ins. The windows have randomized curtains made with high-quality textures with an Opacity map. Mapping stacks are not collapsed, which will allow you to conveniently edit if necessary.
The internal walls of the building are made conditionally without reference to the actual dimensions of the premises.
The colors of the facade materials can be changed without problems.
For the convenience of working on all objects, there are different Material IDs and, accordingly, one Multi / Sub Object material.
In the archive version for Vray and Corona, plus an .obj file and high-quality textures.
