It consists of 3 zones: The first zone (1000 mm in width): – a spit with an adjustable height above the hearth
– multifunctional surface for cooking with adjustable height
rise above the hearth: 1) cast iron frying surface,
2) a lattice with v-shaped channels,
3) a lattice with round rods
The second zone (800 mm wide): frying cupboard on coals with smokehouse function –
smoker. The height of the cabinet above the hearth is adjustable
The third zone (1000 mm in width): 2 tiers of grids with V-shaped channels. Height
Each grate is adjusted separately with the help of handwheels.
