Power sled (H-shaped) – a universal simulator, helping to develop the performance and power of the body. With their help, you can perform a variety of movements that load different muscle groups – pull and push the projectile on any surface, perform speed and strength exercises.
The design of the sleigh is rigid and compact. They consist of a base, skis with skids and two handles. For the manufacture of sledges, a profile pipe 80×60 mm and sheet steel were used. In the ski there are ready-made holes, in which you can install an additional pair of handles.
