Venetian terrazzo is a type of seamless mosaic floor made of natural materials. To create it, multi-colored marble, stone of various breeds, glass and other materials of large, medium and small fractions, which cement holds together in a single canvas, are used. From the 15th century to this day, terrazzo is the most common type of floor in aristocratic houses, villas and public buildings, not only in Venice, but throughout Italy.
